Order Process
  1. An e commerce site is now fully functional to enable you to order in your own time. This is very easy to use, just follow the prompts but if you need any assistance just ring us with your enquiries and orders. You can ring us with your questions or telephone orders during our opening hours:

        Mon-Friday 9-5.30

        Saturday    9-1.00

   2.  To assist us with your orders, we prefer to use chassis numbers wher possible to avoid problems.

Delivery Process
  1. Delivery is UK, Ireland and all BFPO destinations.
  2. We use verified couriers (DHL) and our deliveries will be processed quickly and efficiently. We process all orders on the same day and we will supply you with a tracking number if requested.
  3. Where an order is for more than one item and not all items are available, Delivery will be held until all items are available.
  4. Check Delivery Charges for more info. 
Returns and refunds
  1. We will refund all stock parts minus the appropriate handling charges where applicable.
  2. All specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
Cancellations
  1. We reserve the right to charge for the return of goods, once they have left our premises.
  2. All goods which are still on site will not be subject to charges and will enjoy a full refund.
