                                     DELIVERY CHARGES

C3 will ensure that your orders are processed with speed and efficiency. We are very thorough in making sure all items are carefully packaged and that they will reach you in good time. In the unlikely event that your order goes astray or is damaged/lost in transit we will endeavour to either replace items as quickly as possible.  

You will find our postage charges are without prejudice and we do not "bump" them up for extra profit!   

UK CUSTOMERS - These include ENGLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTLAND, WALES and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the REPUBLIC OF IRELAND. and the CHANNEL ISLANDS, the same postal charges will apply except for larger items which will go via "PARCELFORCE EURO 48" service. A postal quotation can be provided upon request. 

We use "Royal Mail" recorded delivery (2 days) or "SPECIAL DELIVERY" for more urgent items (NEXT DAY before 12pm). This only applies to items with a maximun weight of 1.1kgs.

For larger items, we use "DHL" and this is normally a next day service. It is a trackable service so you can trace your order once it's been despatched. www.dhl.co.uk

We will provide you with the ident code if requested.

 We will need to send to the registered billing address and you will need to ensure that somebody is at home to sign for the goods. 

 

 UK CHARGES ONLY :

 SMALL PACKETS                                                        3.15

 SMALL PARCELS (i.e oil filter) up to 0.5kgs                     4.25

 MEDIUM PARCELS (i.e brake pads) between 1.1 and 2kgs  9.20

 LARGER PARCELS (i.e brake discs) over 2kgs                   10.00

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

C3 can offer a postal service to overseas customers as well. Parcels under 2 kgs can be sent using Royal Mail parcelforce airmail and parcels over 2kgs will be sent using Parcel Force worldwide courier service. (trackable) We will send all customers an email with the total cost of order,with deducted VAT (when applicable) plus postage. Please contact us directly so we can provide you with an accurate quote.
